TRASH. NOT USER FRIENDLY
TRASH. NOT USER FRIENDLY
I just need something to log in my transactions for my checking account. The UI is awkward at first but than you get the hang of it. Being free I dont except a lot of fancy stuff.
The app is stuck on one account and wont give access to the other 2.
I just installed it and it crashed on me once but after i force closed it and opened it again, it worked. I was able to input my bills like i wanted to and it calculates my balance for me so thats once less thing for me to worry about. I am able to adjust the tool bar to the way i like it also which is a plus bc i hate when apps force me to use things i dont need. So far I like it!!
I read the description for the paid version and thought Id try the free version before committing. Unfortunately, the free version locked up four times. Every time it locks, there is a color spinning wheel that just spins and spins. I have to manually shut down my iMac and restart every time. Hopefully, when this program is updated, it will work as intended.
its not really free, you have to pay several extras to make it very powerful; why not just charge a fee instead of the "bait and sell" approach. It isnt vey user friendly either. Quits unexpectedly. Very annoying to try to use….about as intuitiive as a dead rock.
When I click on iCloud syncing, it tells me I need to turn it on in my system prefs. It is turned on.
Theres nothing redeeming about it. It crashes constantly. It doesnt synch with the iOS version (hangs up with the circle-of-death). You can only add payees from a drop-down list (vs. just typing a stores name in). That means you have to access an unwieldy edit menu just to enter the business name. Then, you still have to return to the transactions menu and pick the payee from the drop-down. Theres nothing quick or convenient about using this app.
I tried the app despite reading all the problems everyone else had just to find myself in the same situation. After three or four transactions, the app stopped responding and I got stuck. Just deleted the whole thing. It seems like a nice layout if they can work out the bugs.
all this app does is crash constantly
I loved this app until they pushed out an update over the past few days that deleted all of my transactions. I created local backups and iCloud backups. The backup instances remained but the transactions were gone. Unacceptable!
My checkbook balanced yesterday. After update yesterday now my balances are all messed up. Ending May balance didnt transfer to June. Total Pain, cant figure out how to fix…will have to find new app
I bought this app. Got all my checking information on it. One time it connected with iCloud. Since then its not being able to connect and backup or sync to my mac. Not a happy camper at this point.
I just downlaoded this app because Id like to manage my personal finances. I decided it would be a good idea to sync it to the cloud. As soon as I did the app crashed and now crashes 2 seconds after I try to open it every single time. You can imagine how frustrating it was to read "iCloud issues resolved" and "Crash issues resolved" because clearly… well thats a lie.
Everytime this app updates, my info disappears. I suffered through 4 different losses of data, not again. I am done.
I’ve been using this app for about 9 months now and I love it, just makes it easier than keeping up with a paper registry. It did freeze up a few times before the update. Look forward to upgrading to the paid version I hope it works as well.
Nice app! Thanks!!!
App was to complicated. I didnt like the app at all
It seems great but you have to buy the app before you can do nythinf more than a few accounts
First issue, the date is always on today’s date. This should always stay on the date of the last entry to make data entry more easier and faster. Second issue, having to clear the cleared button on every transaction as they are entered is a total backwards idea. You should clear the entries WHEN YOU BALANCE YOUR CHECKBOOK. Thought this would replace my current checkbook program for my IMAC as this is also compatible with my iPad but for all the extra steps you have to take to use the program, I believe I’ll delete the program and wait for a compatible program that works easier with my iMac/Ipad.
